Self-Pay Services

Self-pay services are available for individuals who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans are not accepted. Sliding-scale rates are available for clients not utilizing their insurance. 

Current Self-Pay Rates (or less depending on sliding scale, call to learn more):

• Initial Evaluation: $150.00

• Follow-Up Individual Session: $125.00

• Brief Individual Session (Court or DUI Related): $65.00

• Group Sessions (DUI / Court Required): $45.00 per session

Court, Legal, and Documentation Services

Services involving legal consultation, written summaries, record preparation, or court testimony are billed separately. Fees for legal-related services begin at $1,500.00, depending on time and preparation required. These services must be arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
